Dashboard
Overview
The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It shows a personalised set of widgets based on your role. Each widget gives a live snapshot of a specific area — orders, stock levels, returns, activity, or alerts.
Your dashboard layout is personal to you. You can enable or disable individual widgets via the dashboard settings. Role assignments control which widgets you are eligible to see; your personal preferences control which of those you actually display.

Alert Widgets
Alert widgets highlight situations that need attention. They appear as cards on your dashboard alongside the standard list and chart widgets.
Alert | Triggered when |
|---|---|
Low Stock Items | One or more products are below their minimum stock threshold |
New Inventory | New stock has been received and is available to assign |
Shipping Delayed | Orders have been in a shipped state longer than expected |
Return Due Dates | Returns are approaching or past their expected resolution date |
Filtering
List widgets support inline filters. Changing a filter updates only that widget without reloading the page. Filter state is preserved in the URL, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view.
